Plastisol coating does not perpetuate flames - if the flame stops, the coating will not continue to burn. The sturdy tubing and premium steel used is cleaned and prepped prior to the coating process which ensures that a strong bond between the plastisol and the metal is formed. The metal is primes and pre-heated at a high temperature and the completely submerged into liquid plastisol giving the metal a thick, approximately 1/8‶ coating.
